Mr. Peñaloza leads SW Capital’s impact investing, philanthropy, and ESG advisory arm. Previously, he was the Director of Impact Philanthropy at The Nature Conservancy, after a 30-year career in investment management with major global banks. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of the Philippines and an MBA from UCLA Anderson. Mr. Peñaloza is fluent in multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Taiwanese, Cantonese, Filipino, Spanish, and Portuguese. A triathlete, he served as President and Executive Committee member of the Hong Kong Triathlon Association. He is part of paratriathlon committees in Asia to promote multi-sports for physically challenged athletes.

With over 38 years of banking experience, particularly in private banking and wealth management, Ms. Lee began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank in the early '80s, transitioning from commercial banking to wealth management. After joining UBS in the late '80s, she gained extensive expertise in serving private banking clients. Since 2005, Ms. Lee has been a director at Credit Suisse, focusing on high-net-worth clients in Hong Kong and China. She graduated from Baptist University of Hong Kong and earned an MBA from the University of South Australia.

Mr. Cheng is a very experienced private banker with over 30 years of experience. He started his career as an Investment Service Manager in Wardley Ltd, a subsidiary of HSBC. Then he worked for various banks such as Standard Chartered Bank, UBS, and Citibank. Mr Cheng was invited to join BNP Paribas as their Managing Director responsible to manage a team of client advisors to provide wealth management and investment advisory services to high net-worth clients. Mr Cheng graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and holds an MBA degree (Investment and Finance) from the University of Hull. Apart from work, Mr Cheng has been playing golf and various ball games for many years.

Ms. Kong began her banking and wealth management career in 1984 at Bankers Trust Company, where private banking was first introduced to Asia. In 1991, she joined Barclays Private Bank, focusing on the Greater China Region and the Philippines, amassing over US$ 600 million in client assets under management during her 25 years there. Following the sale of Barclays' wealth management business in Asia to Bank of Singapore in 2016, Ms. Kong joined Credit Suisse. Throughout her career, she has not only achieved remarkable success but also forged lasting friendships with her clients.

With 40 years in banking, Mr. Ho has held management roles in credit, branch, and client management.
He began his career at Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank, and later on with the Royal Bank of Canada in Canada. Upon returning to Hong Kong, he started as Vice President at Chase Manhattan Private Bank and served as Managing Director at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Bank of Montreal. He joined Credit Suisse in 2016, leading a team of 50 private bankers.
Mr. Ho holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa and an MBA from the University of Washington.

Vicky is a seasoned private wealth and investment professional with over two decades of experience. She served as an Appointed Ordinary Member of the Market Misconduct Tribunal, HKSAR Government (Oct 2024–Aug 2025), and held senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse, including Head of EAM, Greater China (2020–2022) and member of the Private Banking North Asia Executive Committee (2020–2021), after eight years as a Relationship Manager (2012–2020). Earlier in her career she gained investment and consulting experience with Fidelity International, CVCI and McKinsey & Company (2004–2012). Vicky holds multiple professional credentials — CFA, Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and Chartered Private Wealth Practitioner — and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law at Cornell University.
